We encourage all our chefs to take every opportunity to develop their careers, from taking part in our Michelin Masterclasses led by our Michelin-starred Chef and Creative Food Partner, Daniel Clifford, to undertaking academic courses such as NVQs which can run parallel to their practical work. We always strive to introduce new and exciting career support options and one of these more recent initiatives is encouraging our chefs to become part of the World Master Chefs Society (WMCS). The WMCS is committed to promoting the skills of its members and bringing them to the forefront of the industry. The Society is continuously pushing the boundaries of quality, performance and taste by embracing techniques and flavours from all corners of the world.
